Our Story
Built on a Foundation of Risk
Integral Mass began with a risk methodology — grounded in the ISO 31010 standard, with actuarial and academic roots — and grew into one coherent company: Integral Manufacturing & Shared Services.
The manufacturing branch deploys capital to fulfill procurement contracts for interoperable goods, grounded in optics, 3D mapping, and wearable health data. The shared-services branch applies formal risk management to a client's event horizon.
The next step on the roadmap is the Item Assure pilot — a rehearsal of procurement fulfillment, from finding demand to pricing the fill — the path toward supply chains and procurement fulfillment at scale.
The Founder
Jefferson Richards
Systems resilience, mathematics, and the art of the deal.
Jefferson is a mathematician and systems architect with 10+ years across AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud architecture. His primary contract is building wearable-health-data pipelines for Veterans Affairs — standardizing records through HL7 FHIR so veterans and practitioners can trust the data.
He founded the RiskRunners actuarial club at the University of Arizona; networks with the Southwest Mission Acceleration Center, Arizona Captive Insurance Association, Venture Cafe, Alpha Cashflow, and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce; and writes the Survitality series on insurance as governance. His work carries a four-generation family trade in managing risk — from law, to DoD product-lifecycle management, to predictive compliance — into manufacturing and procurement fulfillment.
